Today’s recruiter is challenged by skills shortages, increasing specialization, new technology, and fickle candidates. What are the skills that a modern recruiter needs to have? How do you select recruiters and how do you develop the ones you have? Do you need different types of recruiters, each with her own specialty, or can one person do it all? Can you really teach an "old dog" new tricks?
